Change the location of the global/cart Reserve In-Store button

By default the cart reserve in-store button will appear after the checkout button in the shopping cart page. It looks like this:

If it does not appear for you or if you want to change the location you can use the status/integration setting:

In this example we are moving the cart reserve button to within the footer at the beginning (prepending the footer)
